There are three types of organisations that become participants, either directly or indirectly, in the Trade Ideas service.

Sell Side Firms: Brokers and investment banks contribute trade ideas to selected institutional clients. Irrespective of size or location brokers can, via the use of an alpha capture system, author ideas and have them distributed via the Trade Ideas service to permissioned clients. LEARN MORE

Buy Side Firms: Money managers, hedge funds and proprietary trading operations all can receive trade ideas from Authors working for sell side participants. Once the broker and their client have agreed that ideas can be sent the buy side firm, typically using a solution provider, can begin to receive ideas via the secure hub that is the core of the Trade Ideas service. Solution Providers: TIL seeks to work with financial technology solution suppliers, such as market data vendors and financial software houses, in order to help offer market participants as wide and cost effective a range of solutions as possible.
